About the Recipe

Consuming elderberries is a great, natural way to support your immune system during cold and flu season. You can enjoy elderberries in a variety or forms. A low-effort way to incorporate elderberries into your diet is by making elderberry tea. This tea is rich in antioxidants!

Ingredients



2 Tbsp Dried Elderberries

5 Cloves

1 Tsp Cinnamon

1 Tsp Blackberry Infused Raw Honey

8-10 oz of boiling water

Preparation

  1. Bring 8-10 oz of filtered water to a boil.

  2. Add 2 tbsp of dried elderberries, 5 cloves, and 1 tsp of cinnamon to your favorite infuser.

  3. Poor boiling water into your infuser or cup.

  4. Steep for approximately 3-5 minutes.

  5. Remove infuser and add 1 tsp of blackberry infused raw honey.

  6. Stir honey until dissolved.

  7. Enjoy!
