About the Recipe
Consuming elderberries is a great, natural way to support your immune system during cold and flu season. You can enjoy elderberries in a variety or forms. A low-effort way to incorporate elderberries into your diet is by making elderberry tea. This tea is rich in antioxidants!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Dried Elderberries
5 Cloves
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Blackberry Infused Raw Honey
8-10 oz of boiling water
Preparation
Bring 8-10 oz of filtered water to a boil.
Add 2 tbsp of dried elderberries, 5 cloves, and 1 tsp of cinnamon to your favorite infuser.
Poor boiling water into your infuser or cup.
Steep for approximately 3-5 minutes.
Remove infuser and add 1 tsp of blackberry infused raw honey.
Stir honey until dissolved.
Enjoy!
