Her journey into the world of herbal remedies began during the pandemic, a time when the accessibility of conventional medical resources was challenging. This period highlighted for her the crucial role of medical freedom and the untapped potential of nutraceuticals and herbal remedies.
As the founder of Seedlings Nutrition, Dr. Knowles has established a unique private practice specializing in clinical nutrition. Her focus is broad, covering psychological, neurodevelopmental, environmental, and pediatric conditions. What makes her practice exceptionally profound is her personal connection to her work; as an autistic individual, she has a special interest in and affinity for working with patients on the autism spectrum.
Dr. Knowles is a doctoral graduate from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, where she pursued her passion for clinical nutrition.
